JD The Web is a professional service-based and training-oriented agency. We provide WordPress designing, local SEO, website cloning, paid marketing services, and freelancing courses. We do not sell plugins, themes, or offer channel memberships.
All projects begin with a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon successful delivery of the project. Payment terms will be discussed in advance and agreed upon before project initiation.
Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions. If JD The Web is unable to deliver the agreed-upon work or if the project is mutually canceled before significant progress is made (less than 30%), a partial refund may be processed. No refunds are issued once the project is completed or training has started.
Clients are responsible for providing all original content, images, and branding materials required for their project. We do not provide domain or hosting, but we do recommend reliable providers to help our clients make informed decisions.
We take data protection seriously. All client information, project details, and communication are kept strictly confidential. JD The Web will never share or use your data for any purpose outside of your project scope.
All work created by JD The Web becomes the full property of the client once the final payment is made. We do not retain or reuse your designs, content, or structure in any form.
JD The Web is not liable for third-party issues such as server downtime, hosting failures, plugin or theme conflicts, or search engine ranking fluctuations caused by algorithm changes or lack of ongoing SEO effort.
We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client fails to respond for more than 7 days, delays payments, or engages in disrespectful behavior. In such cases, JD The Web may retain the advance payment as compensation for time and resources already invested.
JD The Web reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
